Of course we can, check out Angie's email below and hear the audio above. But grab the tissues first... "Hi Brooke and Monti,   My nephew and neice both have birthdays coming up, Caleb-Oct 6th turning 2 and Gracie-Nov 15th turning 1.  Their dad, my brother Chris, has never made it to his kid's birthdays...ever (except for Caleb's birth...he was unable to make Gracie's).  He is with the Army Infantry and was stationed in Germany before being deployed to Afghanistan where he's been since February.  He's only met Gracie twice very briefly...once over Christmas for about a week and for a few days prior to being sent to Afghanistan.  Caleb only remembers his dad by his voice over the phone.  EVERY TIME the phone rings (or even if he sees a phone), Caleb spits out one of the few words he knows...Da-Doh! Da-Doh! I walked in to his room one day shortly after my mothers passing  to find a stack of books on his nightstand on how to raise teenage daughters.
