Brooke rode the mechanical bull last Sunday at the Race for the Cure “Save the Boobs” after party. Her first time on a bull sober left more than just a little bruise!!! However, it’s a bruise that’s worth $200! Cowgirls Inc donated $5 for every second Brooke was on the bull; 40 seconds and one gigantic bruise later, the Komen foundation got another $200 to Save the Boobs!!!

RTS is the local affiliate of a national nonprofit organization that brings volunteers together with homeowners to repair the homes of low income families, elderly, or disabled homeowners when they are unable to do home repair themselves and live on a fixed or low income. Repairs can include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, glazing, weather-stripping, security improvements, trash removal and cleaning. Anyone 16 and older can be a volunteer.
