For anyone who’s klutzy with charcoal, dab a tiny bit of foundation onto your lids to create a base, then apply a soft gray pencil on top and smudge gently. It’s easy to blend, and you’ll get a silky sheen. Finish with two coats of mascara.

Every woman needs two concealers: one for lighter areas and one for dark places like under-eye circles. It looks more natural. Apply with a small brush and blend with your fingers. You might not even need foundation on top.
