i think that she looks hot in a way. but when you really sit and think about it. will he always be around to keep her looking like that. and when she gets older will she still look hot like she does now.

She looks better in the before picture. There’s nothing wrong with a little help, but talk about going overboard! A to an F? In about 20 years those things are going to look like oranges in the bottom of a tube sock! Firm at the end and all kinds of loose flappy skin from the implant to the chest :O
