As an African American woman, I get dark circles around my eyes all the time (sometimes I party too hard but sometimes it just happens)! What helps me is applying Palmers Cocoa around my eyes at night and in the morning, they look much better! If I do it for about 3 to 5 days I look fantastic and bright eyed.
