2. Stand tall! — When waiting at the doctors office or outside your kids dance practice for things to wrap up, don’t sit down. Keep standing! Your body burns more calories when you are on your feet. And while you are up, remembering to engage your ab muscles, pull your shoulders back and stand with some posture! This little trick will also help tighten your tummy area!
3. Don’t hire a maid! — As if we all had the luxury,it was nice to pretend for a moment. Get down and dirty with a couple extra chores. We all know your place could use a little more scrubbing. You will actually be burning calories while cleaning.
