It’s going to get scorching outside! But if a cold shower isn’t an option, cool down with one of these easy tips:
· Fill a pitcher with ice water and toss in several cucumber slices. The cold H20 will keep your temp down and the added flavor will encourage you to keep gulping.
· Make your own spa-style compresses: Add two drops of concentrated mint, lemon, or grapefruit essential oil into half a gallon of water. Soak a couple of washcloths, then ring them out, roll them up and place in the fridge. Drape one over your neck or forehead when you’re boiling.
