		<description>i don’t know, this is a hard issue because the words this hostess used were thoughtless. weight issues are to touchy to take lighty. however, working in a customer service position, i understand her side of it. some customers take their demands too far.


i have a nickname for one customer at my store and whenever i use it, everyone else instantly knows who i am talking about it (it’s too harsh to use online). the name is very rude and if this woman every heard me call her by it, i could get fired. but she frustrates me to no end and i am NOT PAID ENOUGH to deal with her, so i use my nickname to get my anger out without getting mad in her face.</description>
