We’ve all been there, waiting for a table at a restaurant with lots of other people.
Well, what would you do if you discovered that the hostess had described you on her list in a way that is less than kind? One listener emailed into The Ladies Room to tell us about being labeled as ‘tan and anorexic’ by the hostess, her friend was so upset about it they demanded to talk to the manager but ended up just storming out of the restaurant angry. Listen Above
Did these women overreact? Would you have taken the issue further? Should the hostess have been more thoughtful of the words she used or is it not a big deal because things get crazy and the hostesses just gotta do something to remember the people in their lobby? Speak out and leave your Comments Below…

i don’t know, this is a hard issue because the words this hostess used were thoughtless. weight issues are to touchy to take lighty. however, working in a customer service position, i understand her side of it. some customers take their demands too far.
i have a nickname for one customer at my store and whenever i use it, everyone else instantly knows who i am talking about it (it’s too harsh to use online). the name is very rude and if this woman every heard me call her by it, i could get fired. but she frustrates me to no end and i am NOT PAID ENOUGH to deal with her, so i use my nickname to get my anger out without getting mad in her face.
